a. Communify permits users to post and disseminate content, like events, profiles and multimedia.

b. The content you share is your sole responsibility.

c. While Communify doesn't endorse any user content, we maintain the right to monitor, modify, or delete content deemed inappropriate.

5. Reporting and Moderation

a. Users can flag inappropriate content.

b. We reserve the right to scrutinize, oversee, and erase user content at our discretion.

c. Grave violations may lead to account restrictions or termination.

6. Event Liability

a. Communify serves as a platform to share and discover college events but doesn’t organize or endorse any event directly.

b. Event organizers hold full responsibility for their events, including content, attendee safety, refunds, anything fiscal and any associated outcomes.

c. Communify is not liable for incidents or issues arising from events. Organizers assume full liability for their respective events and all related fiscal dealings.

7. Prohibited Activities

Engaging in unauthorized promotions, spamming, or any activity against our guidelines is prohibited. Offenders may face penalties or bans.

9. Limitation of Liability

Communify, including its associates and staff, isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from platform use or inability thereof.
